Move to "Keyboard (PC) Games".

That's where it belongs.

Yes, there is.
player.setstage <QuestID> <Stage>
(not typing the <> symbols)

For the point in the Dark Brotherhood quest The Purification after slaying all members, use
player.setstage <0002FF1C> <20>
(again, not typing the <> symbols)

Since potions only use the effects shared between the use ingredients, as long as the desired effect is the only shared effect, then that is what the potion will have.
I found Nightshade and Harrada my typical ingredients used for these potions. You may need to practice your Alchemy first, to be able to understand the subtleties of some substances, as many other ingredients are viable substitutes.
Also, consider purchasing a Calcinator, Alembic, and Retort, as they improve the potions duration as well as its intensity. Skilfully crafted apparatuses are well worth the investment for one interested in the Alchemic arts. These are an amplifier, not a substitute, to your own skills, so don't let your studies wane.
Lastly, the weight of a brewed potion is the median between the mass of each ingredient, so, a 5lb and 0.1lb item potions will be ~2.5lb, while two 0.1lb ingredients will be light 0.1lb. This is useful to know for when carrying loads are a factor.

Hi, I just bought the oblivion GOTY Deluxe and I'm currently having some issues. Every time I start oblivion, it'll play the Bethesda splash and then move on to the initial load screen, where it always crashes.
Now, my computer is far from old, and creams the requirements.
I'm working with:
Vista 64-bit
Intel duo 2.5ghz
Nvidia Geforce 8800M GTX
and 4 gigs of ram.
I also just updated my nvidia drivers to 186.03.
Also, I've tried running steam Admin, and have disabled to UAC.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
