Phantasy Star chacter customization glitch thing

I have no clue what this is and it makes it pretty much impossible to make a character

does anyone play PSU AOTI (Phantasy Star Universe Ambition of the Illuminus) on PC at all and ever encountered this problem?

Something to do with nVidia drivers, my guess. Are you updated to the latest version?

yeah, and i have everything set to app conrolled as well so, idfk, it is the jp client but i have modded it to have english text and stuff, idk if that has to do with it
