Best program for audio converting?

Anything that can convert my wma so i can turn it to mp3 so i can play it in my vita

Right now i'm using vegas pro as audio converter

But it's bad for bulk render

This is what I've used. Gets the job done and isn't overly bulky; besides, it has a portable version.
