Minecraft Hunger Games Server

What do you need to make a Minecraft Hunger Games Server? I want to make a minecraft Mini Game server with hunger games. Do most servers use seperate servers or the same server to host the hunger games maps? I would like to know the ups and downs and what bukkit plugin(s) to use for both. Thank you!
