The game in question is Phantasy Star Universe. Any Ideas on how I can play online?

Server closure: Due to low population, the North American and PAL PC/PS2 servers of Phantasy Star Universe were shut down on March 31, 2010.

afaik PSU is dead and does not have private servers
PSO on the other hand still has a few plus the one I use is even run by bronies
