but i have seen some videos on GIMP and i woder which is better so i make a poll

Both are really good. Gimp is amazing if you don't have the money to spend on Photoshop and especially useful for Linux users. I'm set in my ways though, and even after my move to Linux I still use Photoshop through WINE.

I chose PhotoShop just because I haven't learned how to use gimp yet

Gimp is a few years behind Photoshop for sure, but for the average user who doesn't use Photoshop for a living, it's an amazing alternative.

I use Photoshop CS6 and Sony Vegas for video editing never used gimped so cant really say much on that program I will try it if its free

I usually use Corel Photo Paint 12 when I don't need Photoshop's full potential.
