That netbook has a resolution of 1024x600 and minimum for Windows 8.1 store apps is 1024x768 (seems like they dropped the promise for supporting 1024x600). You are SOL on this.

:lol: Nope, it runs GTA IV at full speed, 60 or 70 FPS? It's a desktop with 8 GB RAM, the CPU I don't know what, & it runs Windows 8.

Maybe he changed something on system32 or Windows to change his index score.

Both are quite different things, you can't compare them like that. Technically even a 4 year old could easily edit the windows registry but he'd probably destroy the android, they're both very different beasts (and if rooting is anything like flashing a new firmware you'd need JTAGs to repair it, again beyond any 4 year old :lol: )

Android rooting uses Command Promt etc plus this is a possibility. ;)
