Duplicating PC Apps?

I was Wondering If it was possible to Clone windows Applications. I Clone apps on iOS and i was Wondering if i could do it on my Computer. To Be specific, i want to be able to login to 2 Palringo Accounts on the SAME Computer. I j ust want to Know if its possible! the only thing that comes to mind is a program called sandboxie

you essentialy run one copy out of the sandbox like you normally would then run one in the sand box making it 2 sessions on "different" computers..this is how i run some games/apps that can only run one at a time.

I used sandboxie to login to 2 Borderlands 2 accounts at once and play them both online..

For most things I always give VMware a try, just have a Image running another OS <usually XP or something> and just copy and load my games in there.. Sometimes you run into issues with the video cards but for most games this worked really well for me.
