o Windows XP 32bit
o Windows Vista / 7 32bit or 64bit
o Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 or higher
o RAM: Windows XP 1.5GB or higher
o RAM: Windows Vista / 7 2GB or higher
o HDD 8GB or higher
o NVIDIA GeForce 7800GT or similar graphics card or higher
o DirectX 9.0c or higher
o Broadband connection

Like i said any $100usd machine should run this
my video card is below the one listed

and the readion hd 6450 is only a $30 card new, less then most games
most name brand(what you find at wal-mart) computers have better now standard(for those with something newer)
the settings for the game are very adjustable
i run about mid settings with my settup on my visa machine
the xp tower unit runs it a little better at max but nothing has ever slowed down my radion xtx1950 cross-fire graphics cards(best $30 bucks ever)

When your mobo has PCI-E 1.0 and doesn't support anything above DDR2, no, the stores don't really sell anything better, lol.

any machine produced after june 07 that came factory with vista or newer( minimal requirements of vista will keep you on par with a good board)
4 gb ram
a dual core or better with 1.8ghz or better
and a Radeon HD 6450 Silence Graphics card - 1 GB - DDR3 SDRAM {google shows $35usd}(dosn't matter what company, its the same cheap card ether way)
that's pretty much what your looking for
i see a few win 7 machines on ebay with all this (exept gc) for around $70usd

Me and a friend have been playing it a lot recently, although I had to format my computer. Once I get back on however; I'd be very happy to.

Furthermore, when it comes to PSV I am never, ever putting down my Vita. ><
