Does Dungeon Defender worth is?

Post by asgard20032 » Fri Jul 20, 2012 10:31 pm

Currently, Dungeon Defender is on special on steam. It look very interesting, and its cheap. The only thing that currently don't look so cool for me is the cartoon style... (I prefer either normal graphic(skyrim), or close to reality(like BF3), or 8-16-24-32-64 bit style (like terraria, minecraft to name a few) but not cartoon. Except that, the game look very interesting. Also, that game is available on mac, so maybe it will be available on Linux version of steam as well.

I already played Orc must die, and I liked it. I am a huge fan of RPG and RTS. I always liked Tower defense game.

Anyone got it and played it? What is the lifespan of the game? Easy? Hard? Balanced? Is there lot of stuff? (or only like 5 tower per hero).

Dungeon Defender will style be available under discount for like 20 hour.

Currently, there is Dungeon Defender, Orc must die 2(if it can go in rebate before the end of summer sale...), and Skyrim first expansion that im looking for.

while I did not play it all that much it was still a fun game (with friends that is)

on Xbox there is a demo for it so IDK if Steam has one but if it does you should check it out and see if you like it
(I agree with you on the graphics style)

in other words I recommend you get it if you have friends to play it with
