don't worry i'm not getting another 220k anytime soon, I can always buy the gunsmith in the next town or a casino
for a gold rush you need at least 2 people (i think) and one of those two people have to prove 10k to start it and then invite the other. I think for items you only need for one person to have a steel box and the other to have a stick of dynamite (that's how my gold rush went)
