I stopped work on Endless the win32 console game...
but...
with help of the rpg-maker-xp i created a new version as an real 2d rpg : Endless2D

Endless is an textbased Windows game im developing

At the Moment its like an textbased Arena mode

Included Features:
Equipment System
Level System (if you hitted the enemy six times with an normal attack youll get an Levelup)
damage System
Randomly generating whos turn it if and if an attack is successfull or Not
2 modes Player Vs Player (on One pc) and com Vs Player
Save File system

Working On:
Story mode

Hmm, I don't find it works for me.
It runs fine, but after hitting any key, it doesn't go past the title screen marquee. The title only stutters upon the bottom.

The intro screen is stuttering a few seconds after that it jumps to an credits Page and from there it jumpa to an menue

Ah, there is goes. It takes a few moments to move to the credits from the title, and the marquee seems to stutter some at the bottom before the credits.
It did seem to have trouble getting past the title marquee on the first load, but I don't seem able to reproduce it on new extractions though.
I'll test out some of the gameplay, and post back later.
