however, it took the contacts with it./data/system/accounts.db renamed to accounts.db.bak
You had contacts already associated with your accounts. Thus by making that .db file unaccessible, you no longer had those contacts.mki wrote:Hello,

When I restored the accounts.db, the phone tried to boot on and on and it ended up with a factory reset.
