I personally take paracetamol. They're really effective and work rapidly to quench a splitting headache.
But seriously, I'm assuming you mean the computer type, rather than the pharmaceutical drug. I really don't know what to suggest to you, up until recently there were hardly any tablets to choose from. After the iPad was released there seemed to be a massive increase in options, with every company trying to get out a tablet as quickly as they could. Your best bet would be to search tech review websites like CNET or Engadget. Read the articles they have on the subject and then go from there.
