And actually bought a Wiimote just for that purpose about a year ago.
But without any proper way to hold both the iPhone and Wiimote it wasn't much fun.
So I just did a simple MOD that would make the Wiimote Hold my iPhone snug like.
Here are some pics: (I use BluTrol U all probably know this Cydia App by now)
FPS's work surprisingly well, I just use my right thumb for aim.

Things you will need:
-Wiimote
-Plastic Holder that (Should have) came with your iPhone
-A Shoelace
-Glue (Hot Glue Gun works best since it's quite easy to remove later if needed)
-Something to cut 2 small holes in the plastic to let the shoelace through.
It's not a hard mod. It won't take long to do. (Just look at my pictures for reference)

DUO Gamer Is going to receive a similar treatment sometime soon.
It's an alright FPS Controller but without a holder for the iPhone it sucks.
