A new way to make your own games without code

Post by MHX AIR » Fri Nov 08, 2013 12:40 am

I found and joined a great new website called flowlab.io
I have gotten to know the admin pretty well. He has created an engine in Objective C that has drag and drop instead of code.
You can make Platformer, RPG, Shooter, Jumping, Nes style FPS shooter, whatever you can think of.

It's free to join and make 2 games, it's 1000x easier than flash or coding, and he has a converter for iOS so you can sell your game on the App store.
The website is very beta, and Android conversion is coming soon. If you are a good sprite artist, that's all the skill you need :)
Here's a couple screens of my games.

This reminds me of the GUI mod makers for Minecraft
Nothing beats real code work but this is nice for people that just want to make some silly game

also reminds me of RPG maker :3

BTW this would count as blatant advertisement so I will need to lock :/

EDIT: After much discussion it has been decided to unlock the thread, My apologies for any inconvenience

Thank you :) I'm looking for someone who thinks they can make a better game than me, I like a little competition ;)

objective-C? god that's like real pain, I'd rather make the whole game in pure ASM than in objective-C
