Found a Huawei-M931 have no idea about android stuff

So I found a Huawei-M931 that has Android 4.0.4
after some googling I now have it rooted but now I apparently should install something called CWM which can be installed with Rom Manager but it doesn't have a option for this phone

what now? install it manually? how?

if I'm not mistaken CWM is like the recovery menu on the PSP, but unlike the PSP, you have to install it manually.
I can't help you much as I don't have much knowledge on android either aside from my linux knowledge.

yea that seems to be what it is but I don't know much about it yet
it seems to add more options like installing custom Roms and such :/

plus if possible I want to install the latest Android on it

just google around, that's how I got to root my phone, but I haven't played around with custom roms, the one on my phone is good nuff

Yea all I needed was CWM installed but as I am new to this I figured I would ask before randomly flashing things to the phone
BTW I now have a new rom init :3

now that the phone is rooted is there a way to SIM unlock it with this new found power? or is that a whole nother issue? >__<

iirc on iPhone if you jailbreak then SIM unlock comes with it or is done via software not code
thats why I ask but mhee looks like im stuck with a phone on a network I don't have >__<

on the plus side it does still have service :3
(I removed the SIM card as to not screw the original owner over with the bill)
