look on android forums and groups , i read samware there is a development group working on that mater but its with windows rt ver. i think, the rt versions have many limitations, if with pro it was the best option.

i am waiting for that too, the tablets with pro are very expensive yet

From what I've heard and seen it's not going to be possible to get it on an android tablet. They need a special chip for the boot to work. No android tablet has that.

It is possible to install windows 8 RT, I don't think that you can install the normal edition of it unless your device has the right processor for it.Your device will need rooting and must have enough RAM and processing power. I'd say at least 1GB of RAM and 1.6 GHz processor. I'm not too sure as I don't know the minimum specs for windows RT.

windows 8 will not run on android tablets.

android tablets use ARM processors and windows 8 only works on X86(32bit) and X86_X64(64bit) processors.
people did get some older X86 versions of windows running, but that was done through an emulator which increases the system requirements a lot, and makes windows run a lot slower.
the "language" the processor uses is just too different.

getting windows RT to run might be possible, but other than better synchronisation with microsoft products there's really no advantage over android.
