how to flash sprint iphone to boost mobile?

so ive unlocked gsm iphone models before but sprint is cdma and as such doesnt use a sim card.
so my question is does any1 know the procedure for unlocking a sprint iphone to boost?

from what i understand the iphone is sand-boxed and so id need jailbreak the device.
after this i will need to flash my prl so the phone will use the boost mobile network.
after that i dont know what to do.....
is there any thing else i need to do?
how would i activate the phone?

I'm going to be moving over to verizon when my contract is up with sprint, so same question but how do I do this to verizon
Yes I know I can google it and I'm pretty sure I know how to flash but what gets me stuck on every other phone an probably the iphone is how to add the esn to the network

for iOS 6

jailbreak device
install install openssh, link Identity editor, Vi IMproved from cydia developer section

patch comcenter
cd /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreTelephony.framework/Support/
cp CommCenter CommCenter.org
cp CommCenter CommCenter.tmp
echo "000e9616: 0120" | xxd -r - CommCenter.tmp
ldid -s CommCenter.tmp
chmod 755 CommCenter.tmp
mv CommCenter.tmp CommCenter

install cricket carrier bundle
download prl for carrier your flashing to

ssh to /system/Library/Carrier Bundles/Iphone/ and open the cricket bundle folder
erase everything here and place the prl for carrier your flashing to here
reboot

enter ##626 from dialpad and enter 000000
input your MDN and MIN in the blanks

dial *228
dial *22890 or *22800 or *22801 and select option that inputs the new prl

if jailbreak is tethered do iTunes factory restore

the hard part is getting your esn added to the network but theres people on ebay who will do this for you
