Link wololo.net to smarthphone (alerts)

Excuse me if this is in the wrong area.
Ok i was wondering if theres a way to link the Wololo RSS feed or forum PM's to our smarthphone (Android in my case).
Im checking the forum every thursday friday and saturday for the new release, just wondering if theres a easier way, since i work weekend nights.

Use ifttt.com to send you an email to your android email account. I get SMS messages to my dumb phone that contain only the title because the article doesn't fit in 160 characters.

thnx i heard of another tool / app but this is simpler

Just click subscribe to feed via email and always have your email messenger on. Same as texting right?

You can also set how frequent you want to check for updates.
