I want to learn Objective C and develop apps for the iPhone but I can't seem to find any good tutorials. Can you recommend any? (Books are fine, although I'd prefer videos)

P.S. My problem is that all the good tutorials I find are not for the latest XCode version and it is a lot different from what I see in the tutorials.

Lynda.com has some good iOS tutorials. Jumping straight into Objective C is not a great way to start in my opinion though. If you have never programmed before I would recommend starting with C or C++ wololo has some great tutorials for beginners by the way: viewforum.php?f=37

Like the above post i also recommend starting with C or C++. I learned C++ from www.learncpp.com pretty good starting point.
From there it should be quite easy to pick up Objective-C.
