Need for speed and angry birds are always my top picks

Almost all of the games by Kairosoft are insanely addictive. There's something about the combination of adorable old-school pixel art, catchy tunes and sim management that really just sucks your hours away. I'd recommend starting with something like Game Dev Story or Grand Prix Story.
