1. Wagic (of course)
2. Fieldrunners (great on Android as well as PSP).

i've had an android phone for a little over a year (currently a galaxy nexus running cm9 :D) and my favourites are:

anomaly HD - it's like tower defence, but reverse

Canabalt - you run and try and survive jumping form building to building

Minecraft PE - minecraft on your phone (better then lamecraft in my opinion)

fieldrunners - a good tower defence game
