[REQ/iOS] SOULCALIBUR Unbreakable Soul - offline cache?

This game was closed in December of 2014. It comes with 70mb .ipa file (installer) and also requires to download 397mb of cache. So, i need this 397mb of data, maybe it is avaliable from any alternative sources/mirrors? Since this is a free game, i think that i can post this kind of request here, if not - delete the thread (i understand that we are talking about jailbroken devices). Thanks in advance.
