IS there a certain write speed or SOMETHING that I could have done wrong?

Ok good. Instead of the example "DRIVING.ELF", rename your "uncompressed BOOT.ELF" to NTGUI.ELF, then replace that. Then, swap your game at the main menu and navigate your way to online mode. Try to find a button that says something like "Add" or "Edit" on the online section, it should load up uLaunchELF if you have completed everything correctly. Sorry, I just don't have the game so I couldn't tell you EXACTLY what to press, but it should be something of that nature.

You couldn't be too sure, some NTGUIs work and some don't. I would assume it would, is there an "add/edit" button for your network config in the game?

I never opened the game up, but I guess if Agent 007 dosent work I'll try it!

Okay so for anybody bad-mouthing the Greatest Hits version, here is how I got to to run - SUCCESSFULLY!
Inserted 007 Agent Under Fire Disc (Greatest Hits)
Read is using ImgBurn at x8
Changed files with Apache
Wrote at x8 to a Memorex x16 disc
Played until level 2
Went to main menu
Swapped discs
Ran uLaunchElf

I think that the write speed is everything
