Do you think it is this simple? If it were, I bet someone would have done it already.

Unless you want to buy an xbox with a lower firmware and download the entire BIOS of the xbox onto your computer, then I am not sure that it would be possible. On top of that, you would have to locate the security keys for the Xbox 360.

If you want to try to downgrade an xbox 360, knock yourself out.

If this was possible it would have been done. Jtagging an XBOX 360 is actually quite simple when following guides. The first time I did one I had no soldering skills whatsoever but it worked. Only downside was I used an old serial cable to extract the NAND which took 4 hours. Needless to say I bought a NAND-X USB Device for the future :)

Not possible I'm afraid - you'd have to have a probe, find the key storage chip and manually extract all of the data from the mbd directly before editing the core programming and then re-flashing this to your Bios chip AND the diskdrive (both keys have to match... or you won't be able to load anything) Your best bet is either Jtagging or flash your diskdrive. You *could* try x360 key, but that's not something I've played with.

I seriously wouldn't recommend trying to extract your unique key, I've had to do it with a LiteOn flash I did.. it's not pretty.. the probe kits and USBkeys you'd need to re-flash the edited bios are not cheap at all and they're never 100% guaranteed to work. Needless to say I won't be touching liteOns anymore... BenQ are far easier!
