I'd love to be able to mod my games offline, in fact I actually have a spare 12611 Xbox sat in the corner waiting for the ability to run homebrew. Would you like homebrew on your 360?

You can mod the DVD firmware to play backed up games and I suppose homebrew also.anc96 wrote:Post-mid-2009 Xbox 360 consoles can't run homebrew and (most) pre-mid-2009 aren't exactly 'easy' to modify to run homebrew (I'm looking at you JTAG). Has there been any attempts at running homebrew on newer consoles, or downgrading them to an exploitable kernal? It seems to me the Xbox 360 is one of few consoles that can't run homebrew (on newer models).

No, I don't want pirated games. Also, I am aware you can modify the DVD firmware of the 360, but that does not enable homebrew, so it doesn't interest me.frillybob wrote:You can mod the DVD firmware to play backed up games and I suppose homebrew also.anc96 wrote:Post-mid-2009 Xbox 360 consoles can't run homebrew and (most) pre-mid-2009 aren't exactly 'easy' to modify to run homebrew (I'm looking at you JTAG). But I have a feeling you want to pirate games!
