Xbox 360 Modding

Hey, guys, I'm trying to figure out where to go to hack an Xbox 360, so I figured I would come here for some leads. I don't quite know which model I'm going to get, I'm going to buy one today, but I can say that it will be pre-Elite. Probably will be one of the originals. As far as stuff I'm looking to do, I just want to be able to at least use codes on the system. I don't want to hack anything relating to online, and I want to see about possibly using burnt games (haven't quite decided on that one, since my roommate has a lot I can borrow for now). Can someone tell me at least where I could go to find out more?

i have been modding xbox360's since it all started,i personally own a jtag and a regular flashed console for online use.i have been playing halo 4,dishonored and doom bfg edition lately and patiently waiting for assassins creed 3 which im pretty sure i will have very soon.

I came from the xbox scene too and i want to flash mine since i just got a slim, i just dont feel like spending money on it. Besides everyones getting banned for Halo4, although i played it at a friends house

Well, it's not like I will be able to go online anyway, since I'll be broke after I buy the system. I have no way to use Xbox Live cuz I can't buy it yet. So, if I hack my system and only use cheats and play burnt games that have already come out, will I get in trouble once I connect to Live? (I won't be cheating online, btw)

Its a possibility, in some cases the xbox collects data to the NAND that will autoban if signed into online, its a case by case thing. There are other options to Xbox Live but not many people play on those. You could go online for free, that is if you get the slim instead of the phat which requires a wireless adapter.
Offline cheats no. I did that now. Games like Skyrim even if signed in wont get you in trouble but modding/cheating games online as in multiplayer will.

Theres always a possibilty, and there are measures to take to prevent it. There is no guaranteeing and Microsoft does monthly sweeps to look for modders too.
Halo 3 most likely not, however Halo 4 yea youll get banned. Just browse some of the threads on the forums i sent you, they know more than I do on this topic.

He got banned really fast after that. lol I'm not going to be burning games for a little while, since I preordered Halo 4, Zone of the Enders HD Collection Limited Edition, and DBZ Budokai HD Collection. ^_^

haha thats funny, ill probably play halo 4 but I just dont feel like going through the hassle of getting banned or modding my console
