I've been reading up on mods but it's mostly just adding custom scripts into custom mods, and I don't think you can change the movement style with scripts. unless you can, in which case please tell me how.
I have this great idea for a game and I've just been getting into Fallout 1, and thought the isometric view would be perfect for it.
I also want to change most of the sprites (or just remake them in HD) so please tell me how to open/edit those image formats.
