Honestly I don't even think you necessarily have to uninstall C2, IIRC I just installed Cfix3 it should just overwrite the files when I had this same issue (PSX games would not boot) and it installed just fine? and just to specify if you want to uninstall C2 you have to use the C2 installer to uninstall C2(the original you used to install it) The Cfix3 installer will not uninstall C2 but I believe it will write over it when installing IDK been awhile Hope this helps
