To my understanding, of course it would still be used and supported, because since the HEN is not permanent, you would have to re-activate the HEN using HBL.
However, after it's been activated you no longer need to run your homebrew applications through HBL anymore. Hope I helped! Somebody please correct me if I'm incorrect!

HBL will still be developed since it's gonna be used for the next FW that patches the HEN (with a new game exploit of course).

Yeah..

It just im running the 6.31 HBL with the Hot Shots Golf..but haven't seen anything new or developing for HBL..

Why did I Update..LOL I know why I just had to play God of War Ghost of Sparta...
