Unable to launch HBL via Hot Shots Golf (GH version)

Hello, i have been trying for hours to resolve this problem. It appears that the save game exploit does not seem to launch HBL at all. I have verified that i am using the correct savegame 20 times. I have attempted the nid and the debug versions, but there is no debug file being created, so i m sure the savegame exploit is the problem. Basically, all i am getting is a black screen while the game loads and the PSP finally shuts off. I m using PSP 3001, firmware 6.31. What else can i try.

Are you using the HSG:OT (GH) version of HBL as well as its save exploit? (It wasn't specifically stated, I'm not meaning to offend)
As well, did you place the h.bin and hbl folder on the root of your MS?
I know the PSN version of HSG:OT is the GH version. If you are using a UMD version of HSG:OT, perhaps try the HSG:OT (Non-GH) HBL (and savedata) instead.

Yes and Yes. Its a UMD, i just picked up. I will attempt save exploit of non GH version.
Update: using non-GH version of both the and HBL did the trick.

mine GH version somehow works fine on Non GH version HBL

Yes i did that,i also got it from BB. They must be NON GH in GH packaging odd.
