Help needed! Golf exploit for EU patched?

A friend of my also wants the HBL but he doesn't know if the golf exploit in EU is already patched.
Can someone confirm that it is / Isn't patched, please give a datum on when you checked this.

his psp:
Psp model: PSP N1004 (go)
OFW version: 6.30
Location: EU

I don't know about that version I doubt not. But the U.S. version is not as of 11-25-10

Does your friend get an error while loading the savegame? It could be that he uses a wrong version or that he didn't install it correctly.

Since nobody knows he is going to buy the game today to confirm it is / isn't patched.
ow and IF it's patched please update wololo.net half byte loader section so people won't make this mistake on buying the EU psn version.

EDIT: I confirm that the PSN version of everybody's golf 2 ISN'T patched.
