Sorry, I am stumped by this. The debug log looks perfectly fine. The config files are the correct ones for Patapon and all stubs are found and seemingly resolved. Also "ms0:/hbl/hbl.bin" is found and loaded.

That crash right when jumping into hbl should only happen if you are using a wrong version of "hbl.bin". I mean a version for a different exploit, but this is hardly a possiblity.

Have you tried another memory card, i had kind of these problems to, and when trying another mms it was all solved :S
Offtopic, but I just noticed "m0skit0" is actually "mosquito"
all this time I've been pronouncing his name is "em-oh-skit-zero"

This one is interesting. The fact that I gave him the exact copy of what I'm using even though I compile it myself, it should work co'z Im also on 6.20.

Can I ask you what patapon 2 demo version are you using? Is it the US one?

I am not clear if you mean the same device with "mass storage" and "memory card". Everything must be on either the internal flash or the memory stick, having it spread out over both will not work and would result in a crash like you describe.
