hello , i need some help please .. i have PSP 3004 with firmware 6.20 , the problem is i cant load any save file with patapon 2 .. then i cant use the HBL does anyone have a solution ?

did you read the instructions properly?
h.bin +hbl folder in root -> patapon 2 save in saved data -> patapon 2 demo in games.
launch demo -> load save -> wait till you see R at the top and press R and boom HBL
at - 0:44 is where you presss R

i cant even load a normal save file , it says cant load file data corrupted .. even my a normal save game

In that case, try a new memory stick. Don't buy a fake. Buy a Sandisk or a Sony (or borrow it), and try again.
Also make sure you have an unpatched version of Patapon, not the one from the PSN

i use sandisk and they run perfect, you can buy them pretty cheap at bestbuy or furtureshop

In theory, yes. However, wololo has stated several times that this revision is not recommended for binary distribution, meaning that it is either unstable, or not fully working yet.
