I'm sure this hasnt been reported for my psp and hbl

Ok so I downloaded the 4 files for the Half-Byte Loader ( Readme.txt, h.bin, PSP, and hbl ). I extracted all of these files to a new folder (Using Winrar). I plugged my psp go into the computer and I clicked "Open Folder to view files". I copied the h.bin file to the "Root" of my psp (The first page that popped up click "Open folder and view files"). Then I copied hbl to the "PsP" folder of the psp go. Then I clicked into the PSP download folder into game and clicked again to find HBL. I then copied that folder to the Game folder of my psp. Then I downloaded a hombrew for the hbl called snes9xTYL. Then I disconnected my psp from the computer and got off of usb mode. I went to game, clicked on system storage, went to HBL, pressed X and it started up BUT, it didnt go any farther than the "PlayStation Portable" screen that makes that little tone. After That screen goes blank, its like that for over 7 seconds, then all of a sudden, it just goes back to my homerow of my psp. I tried multiple times but failed to lanch it. Am I missing anything at all? Or did I do something completly wrong? I am VERY new to this. Thanks for reading this and please help me if there is a solution.

The "HBL" folder goes into the root directory (like "h.bin"), not into the "PSP" folder.

Edit: Corrected a mistake. "hbl.bin" must be in the "hbl" folder.

I never understand why peopel try to be clever and move the files, when the archive is correctly organized already... I have the same issue with Wagic, where people complain that the game crashes at startup, only to realize that they decided to put the resource folder in a random folder on their memstick
If you need US PSN Codes, this technique is what I recommend.
