Not Working???? Help Noobs like me

Ok I have a PSP 3001 and firmware 6.37. I downloaded the HBL file (http://wololo.net/wagic/half-byte-loader-xmb-version/) and did what the Readme.txt said but my PSP wont recognize it. Maybe I did something wrong? Can you help?

You must be more specific. Check the instructions again, if a step is unclear ask about that.

Forget it I extracted the files in the MP_Root file my bad it works perfect now
