I read the title of the tOpic and the readme.txt in the download, but need to get something straight. The download looks like the old apps we were using before the HEN came out. So is this really for OFW 6.37? And how did you brick your PSP? I have a feeling that you uploaded this to brick ours.

It's just hbl r113 hex edited to change the name of the loader, and name him as the creator. It is completely harmless and completely fake.
Also there is no hen in the archve. so moving as well as locking!
