There are a lot of racing games on GBA.
Also, there are a lot of game demos (if u like to test them out first before buying them) like Ridge Racer, Motor Arctic (something like that) wipeout, etc(End of Thinking Capacity)

Yes, try some emulators. And as the psp community having a weird homebrew community there aren't a lot of games.
