Why? You can sign most homebrew for use on any OFW. There is no need for exploits anymore. The only useful exploits are kernel mode ones, and you don't really need to worry too much about them. They exist for all the latest OFWs, and that's all that is important.

If you just want homebrew, you can use signed homebrew, there's loads of it here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1879

If you want to run HBL on 6.35, you can use the signed version here: http://wololo.net/wagic/half-byte-loader-for-ofw-6-60/ (don't worry about the "for OFW 6.60" - it'll work on any OFW I believe)

If you want CFW, you can install 6.35 PRO-B10 (download here: http://code.google.com/p/procfw/downloads/list - choose "635PRO-B10.fix1.rar") or you can upgrade to 6.39 or 6.60 and use LME for either of those FWs : http://psp.usamimi.info/ (there are also versions of PRO for both these FWs).

Finally, if you have a PSP Go or 3000 or unhackable 2000, you can also downgrade to 6.20 and use PRO with the PermaPatch to get semi-permanent CFW (with the others listed above, you have to run them every time you turn your PSP on again - unless you have a hackable PSP 2000 or a PSP 1000, in which case you can use cIPL), the downgrader is here: viewtopic.php?t=6403 (this downgrader is for 6.38/6.39, but I'm pretty sure it also works for downgrading from 6.35. If not, find Davee's original downgrader) [Note that this is the most dangerous of all the options, because you have to downgrade, which can be risky, and also the PermaPatch has caused bricks on occasion).

If you downgrade to 6.20, you could also use TN HEN, which is like the CFWs in that it can load all homebrew, and also plugins, but it is homebrew only, no ISOs. There are plugins to load ISOs, but they are poor in comparison to PRO or LME I believe. It also has a PermaPatch, but it is more buggy that PRO's I think and not to be recommended.
