USBisoloader error 8ffc00be

I think you guys should know the drill by now. I keep getting error 8ffc00be, and I'm not sure why. It worked perfectly fine before, but I just put USBSlimCharge and RemoteJoyLite 0.19 on my PSP. So, I'm wondering if one of these programs scr..ed up my PSP's connection to the computer. Kind of just guessing though, so not entirely sure. Please help me. Also, sorry if I put this in the wrong area, I've been away from this forum for a long time.
