Try This:

It's what I've been using since 5.00M33 and it works as well for 6.XX

It allows you to make Single as well as MultiDisc EBOOT's. ;) Make sure you've ripped the discs to be in ISO/IMG/BIN format ect.. first with a disc burner/ripper, IMGBurn works great for ripping discs. ;)
