iso's says corrupt

Post by smitty88oh » Fri May 24, 2013 11:22 pm

I want to first start off by saying, I am sorry if this has been answered numerous.

I will walk you through my steps.

I went ahead and bought a psp 3000. And two games. I went ahead and made backups of them to save to my memory.
I went to the psp custom firmware tab and clicked on my psp model.
I read the instructions on how to put custom firmware on my psp.

So now my psp is on 6.60 with pro cfw C2

I created a folder and named it ISO and put one of my backups in that folder.
The game played just fine.
Well I ended up taking the game off and turned the psp off. So I did the quick recovery method and decided to put my last iso backup in the folder ISO.
And the game played fine..So I decided to put both backups in the ISO folder and only one of my backups shows up, The other says corrupted data.

They both worked worked when they were by themselves..But when I put two backup iso's in the folder only one works.

How can I fix this?

I appreciate any and all help :)

Are you sure both files are okay and with different file names?

Yes both iso's play fine when it's just one of them in the iso folder. But when you put them both in the iso folder only one shows up and the other say's corrupted data.
They both have different names. It's just weird that if you only have one iso in the ISO folder, The game shows up and plays fine. Delete that game put the other iso game in the ISO folder and it shows up and
plays just fine..But when they are both in the ISO folder..Only one shows up and plays fine,,The other says corrupted data.

Hello, there are reports that Pro-C2 has bugs and error's, what I recommend is PRO C fix 3,
you can google search that using "psp PRO C fix 3" that mabey fix the currupted data or it can be a fake memory stick.
to tell if it's fake, the MagicGate logo looks like re-printed or laminated. Or try uninstall the pro-c2 and reinstall it,
if it stills says corrupted data then try the CFW PRO-C fix3 version.

Ok I will try those suggestions. I went ahead and order a new memory card 32gb Sony. Once it comes I will try it out and let you know what happened.
Thank you again :)

Well it turns out it was my memory card. Bought a new one and it works like a charm. Installed pro c fix 3. No issues :)
