I think the only difference between v3 and v4g is that v4g is compatible with ME and 6.39 and 6.60 implemented

Edit: do your pops 3.72-6.00 work?

3.02 to 3.52: Loads. Black screen after Chapter 1 opening.
3.71: Loads. Black screen after "Now loading" when starting a new game.

I couldn't get this game to load past the first chapter at all. Personally I would just give up trying to load it if it doesn't load on any Pops configurations. Also the sound wasn't choppy at all for me when watching the opening videos.

I'll test Dragon Warrior VII later and post my results.

3. sctrlSetStartModuleExtra() (ME's original function) is now resolved via sctrlHENFindFunction(), rather than systemctrl.S.

Integrated http://code.google.com/p/popsloader/source 2d9f6175ddde to support 6.60 pops.

1. 5.00+ pops are working on 6.60ME. Unfortunately impose.prx (used in 4.01- pops) patch is incomplete.
2. Now that popscore.prx is compiled using DEBUG=1, you need to paste ms0:/core.txt to report bugs.

1. Changed debug text name to ms0:/__popscore.txt. Also it is removed in every launching.
2. Fixed sceKernelGetModel NID for 6.60.
3. Fixed fatal bug that PSP-3000+ on 6.20PRO couldn't use 4.01- pops at all.

Added impose.prx patch. Still 3 NIDs are missing though.
Anyway 4.01 pops seems to be working fully.

I couldn't get this game to load past the first chapter at all. Personally I would just give up trying to load it if it doesn't load on any Pops configurations. Also the sound wasn't choppy at all for me when watching the opening videos.

Ok you should try a test of brave fencer with the alternate game ID I posted earlier and let me know what you get.

Well here are the results. I' did some "Google'ing" and apparently the game runs flawlessly on 5.00 M33-6 using 3.XX pops but as you have a 3000 (and 5.00 M33 is pretty outdated and not installable on a 3000) you can't install it.

So ya that's about what I got basically 3.40-3.52. Thanks again

Edit: I've set game at 333 and I didn't notice a change at all still a bit choppy and some slowdowns
