Fake_NP: put your homebrew into NPdemo

i think the linked tut is good. You don´t have to extract iso files to convert them with iso2eboot tool. Some games maybe do not work try to find a list of games that work.

I did but the same thing happened. The game could not be started (80020148).

BTW, when I use eboot2iso to extract the EBOOT.PBP, there's no UMD_Data file. Is there anything wrong with this?
I need to compile the extracted eboot to iso anyway to be able to run with iso2eboot.

The problem is you're using eboot2iso
use NPDecrypter

Hey guys

Just wanted to try this out, so I signed my self HB'ed .PRX with seboot.exe, scribbled up a new ISO with UmdGen and then used fake_np.exe on that.

Now, when I try to launch my HB NP EBOOT, the PSP throws a 80020148 or sometimes a 80010087 at me.

What am I doing wrong here? What am I missing?
Trying on my PSPgo with 6.35 OFW.

I too was having the same problem when I was doing some test, I finally figured it out (I think), you can't start an iso from scratch with UMDGen, you have to get an existing one and delete everything BUT the icon0.png, if you don't have any isos, download the wagic one that the OP posted somewhere, and just delete the files he added for wagic and replace the EBOOT.BIN

Well, I think I'll just toss this into the "not working" drawer and keep dreaming about NP HB.... :-/
