does anyone know, a way to view ps1 games horizontally full screen?

Can't you just like change it in the options?

just press and hold down (your finger) while in the game to open some 'special' options, (ie switch disks, controller settings, memory card utility, other settings & reset game) under other settings, then screen mode, you can select full (instead of original) there's also the options Normal and Zoom.
Note: you can also set PS games to use the analog stick to move if it doesn't already, I cannot remember how but I believe its done in a similar way to the above.
