If you haven't already, why don't you just install CFW and run them as ISO/CSO?
You can install 6.60 PRO-C fix3
or you can install 6.60 LME 1.8.
If you need help with converting your games to ISO/CSO format you can ask for help here.

In these days, iso2eboot is just not needed. You can install a Custom Firmware on your device so you can run ISO's/CSO's, Homebrews, Plugins and much, much more!! I recommend using 6.60 Pro-C, but you can install 6.60 LME if you want.

Just run the EBOOT you get from the PSN or use your UMD and you should have no problem at all running your games.
DO NOT MESSAGE ME ABOUT THE NAME OF ANY NINJA RELEASE GAME! I WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH THE NAME OF THE GAME AND IF YOU PERSIST THEN I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE STAFF!
