loading .cso files with cheats, possible on cfw 6.60 me 1.8?

I mainly use them after I beat a game and just want to mess around or in the case of Phantasy star portable 2
to get items and weapons that are impossible to get otherwise, I never cheated online to get any kind of advantage

the only time I did use cheats online was back when some people decided it would be funny to make people LV0 so they could not play, I used my cheats to make them LV10 so they could play again
this was on PSP2 BTW

Ok i get it. You are extending the playability of a game, that i can understand and relate to. Ill have to give it a shot, I just put cfw on a go i picked up. I can think of a few games id like to replay (RPG) that i couldnt get that weapon, or suit of armor. I jus cant shake the days of people ruining my time with medal of honor heroes 1 and 2. I loved the online portion of those 2 games, and then came the cheaters and it got so bad that i could only play local with my buddies to be on even turf so to say . thanks for the reply and opposite insight. Ive always wondered. Now i have somethin to go off of. Peace (sry to go off topic )

@ncaderegal: i dont use cheats usually, but with the gta series they are really fun, i like just running around with all the weapons and shooting stuff sometimes, but i mostly play rpg's and fps, so i dont use cheats at all unless im playing GTA or something similar.

gta in particular is fun with cheats just cuase you can do so much in an open world and just mess around; your not always on a mission.
