i remember that when i was on xp x86 on the same pc PSX2PSP worked fine, now i don't know why this weird behaviour...

I think you should try using a different program. Have you tried ImpalerPSX yet?

Just throwing this out there, I couldn't get V1.4.2 to work on my Windows 7 professional 64bit, But V1.3 works fine for me.

i already tried ImpalerPSX but it has an horrible menu for the game ID and sometmes i need to change it 
and i don't know any version of popstation with multiple disc support...
i guess i'm creating an xp virtual machine to use it for the moment

I think I have the solution because I have had the same issue.
If its the same problem I had then its easy to fix.
-Start psx2psp
-click options on bottom left
-in options click Theme
-now uncheck the box that says Use theme mode (Restart needed)
-psx2psp will restart in classic mode with a new multidisc dropdown menu that works!!
I hope this simple solution works for you.
