Guys just tried with LME 1.8 its fine format with OFW fine format with pro b and pro c not fine.

Something about how pro b and pro c format ef0 is different than ms0............ pro only

Interesting... I must admit I even experienced that myself before.
However NOT on a PSP Go...

This happens on my 3000 (4g) unit... my Go is unaffected.

Bug accepted, however I'm clueless as to why this happens... I will try hooking the savedata api and see if I can backtrace it on my 3000 though.

Very weird since my PSP 3000 9G is not effected My PSP 3000 3G not effected. My PSP GO 5 G is.

does pro maybe format using different cluster size than OFW and LME?

It happened for ME when I formatted with OFW, what I did was transfer Outrun to my M2, make a save file, exit, then transfer the game and save BACK to my internal storage.

That is interesting, OFW formatted memory does work with more than 2 GB space available, but with PRO CFW formatted memory you need less than 2 GB space available.

I think filling up your memory card is a faster fix than reformatting and reinstalling everything on your memory card.

no no. ofw or lme format i have to fill memory card and it works. PRO CFW format it will refuse to work no matter what.

Formatting with PRO makes saving with this game on GO impossible. Format with anything else saving is possible. PRO formats the internal GO differently for some reason.

Outrun 2006 can create saves with OFW or LME or PRO.


Format GO with PRO

Outrun Can not create saves with any firmware.

Obviously its formating the memory different.

So i thought to try format with pro b10 fix1..... problem not there. only pro c fix 3 does this format problem. thoughts?

So this weekend I put PRO on 2 more new PSP GOs friends just acquired. Same problem wit PRO C-Fix3....


I hope somone looks at this as Im sure it is something fixable since its just with the internal memory of the GO and just with this release. Does the format format in different secort size or something?

The firmware can do the saves. the saves fail with all firmware if pro c formats and the saves work with all including pro-c is pro-c does not format. issue is onl present in some older games. always present in outrun 2006.
